Dear Resident,

Due to continued participation, the Board of Directors are thrilled to announce that the HOA will continue to hold the Annual Holiday Lighting Contest again this year!

The four houses with best displays will win a $100 Amazon gift card! Judging will take place on the weekend of December 19th in the evenings so make sure to have your lights and decorations up and on by then if you wish to partake in the contest.

Accounts must be current, properties must be in full compliance, and tenants residing in rental properties must be registered with the HOA in order to be eligible to win. As a reminder, holiday lights and decorations must be taken down no later than January 15th of the New Year.
